All New Look at my Local Red Lobster!

Recently, I was given the opportunity to check out my newly renovated Red Lobster! When I was contacted, I actually had no idea that they had even renovated the restaurant because I do not live around it and therefore hadn’t seen it even driving by. When we pulled up, and parked on the side, I still had no idea, I figured that all the renovations must have been on the inside of the restaurant. Then we went to walk in, and I was shocked with the outside renovations.

For any of you who remember the way the Red Lobster in Douglasville, GA used to look, you would know that this is a complete change! I was pleasantly surprised to see these changes, but I really loved the way it looked. I loved the adorandak chairs on the patio right outside the door, it really gave the place a beachy look. Which is what I always think about when I think of a seafood place. With this view on the outside, I couldn’t wait to see what they had done inside the restaurant.

When we walked in, the restaurant waiting area was so open. There were more seating places for waiting, as well. Which I always kind of hated about this Red Lobster. There were never enough places to sit down if you had to wait for a table. They have such a huge waiting area, but no places to sit. I was happy to see they fixed that a little.

The new hostess station.

My little man checking out all the live lobsters. He loved them, which had been moved to the side versus being in the middle of the waiting area.

I didn’t really get a lot of great shots of the dining area because the lighting was so dim. The dining area was much more open than it used to be and there was more seating. It was very elegant looking as well. The new decor was spot on and perfect for the restaurant.

Needless to say, I loved all the work that they did to the Red Lobster in Douglasville, GA! Everything looked awesome and the food was just as delicious as it always has been!

Head in today to check out the renovations for yourself at your local Red Lobster!

Disclosure: I received a gift card to compensate my time and review of my renovated Red Lobster. All pictures and opionions about the restaurant are my own.
